The birth of Cajun Bistro is really a story about finding the right puzzle pieces for a common goal. Anthony Redeaux, over 20 years of cooking experience, had a vision for a Cajun restaurant in Center Point, AL. Once he was determined on the location, he had to figure out what was needed to accomplish his goal. A mutual friend connected Anthony with Omar Rasoul, 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. With an eager spirit to shake the city up with something different, Omar immediately understood what direction Anthony wanted to go. When you combine the experience of both of these individuals you have an incredible force, but there was still something missing in order to complete the vision. This is where Michael Duncan, Jr., 5 years of promotional experience, comes into play. Once, all the puzzle pieces were in place, now the real work took place.
The owners all agreed that when guests come to Cajun Bistro, they leave satisfied and happy. The Bistro Experience!!
